Meet Alaina Mandel

Alaina is a National Board Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with specialized training in Gut Health from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She also holds a BA in Psychology with minors in Philosophy and Education.

But more than her credentials, it’s her empathy and insight that set her apart.

Alaina doesn’t lecture or judge. She partners with clients to uncover what’s keeping them stuck—from old habits to unhelpful beliefs—and helps them rebuild trust in their own ability to heal.

How She Works with Clients

Alaina offers 1:1 holistic health coaching that feels personal, sustainable, and rooted in real life.

Her clients appreciate that she doesn’t hand them another restrictive plan or demand an all-or-nothing approach. Instead, she offers:

✅ A safe, judgment-free space to share and reflect
✅ Guidance in understanding emotional patterns that impact health
