OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Gladly Ventures, LLC ("Sponsor"), located in Heber City, Utah, United States.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Gladly Ventures, LLC and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM MT on December 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on December 31, 2024.

1. Create a social media post on Instagram using the hashtag #getgladly
2. In your post: - Tag or name the person you are nominating - Describe their positive impact on others - Include the hashtag #getgladly
3. Each qualifying post counts as one entry
4. Multiple entries allowed, but each must feature a different nominee

• Drawings held every Friday in December 2024 (December 6, 13, 20, 27) at 12:00 pm MST, with the final drawing held on January 3, 2025. There will be 5 draws total
• Winners are randomly selected from all eligible entries received prior to each drawing
• Entries not selected carry forward to subsequent drawings
• Each winning entry receives two prizes: one for entrant and one for nominee, unless either is ineligible
 
• Prize value not to exceed $100 per item

• Content shared on Social Media that features any form of discrimination, profanity, racism and/or hate speech.
• Content that does not tag or mention a nominee
• Content that features a nominee but fails to describe their positive impact on others
• Content that was both published and deleted under 24h
 
• Content shared by anyone employed by or associated with Gladly Ventures, LLC or any of its affiliated partners

• Products from Gladly Ventures' partner companies
• Approximate retail value: $100 or less per prize
• No cash substitutions
• Prizes are non-transferable

Winners will be notified via social media direct message within 48 hours of drawing. Winners must respond within 72 hours or forfeit the prize.

5. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value
